1. Company
The MDAI Lesson Planner is operated by M&D AI Academy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Public names: MDAI Academy and M&D Ai Academy. Product host: lp.mdai.academy. Organization homepage: mdai.academy. Phone: 713-587-2515. Email: info@mdai.academy.
mdaisolutionsllc.com is a legacy legal property and is not the product homepage. FutureTranz is an operator label for internal desks only and does not appear as the student-facing brand.
2. Copyright
© 2026 M&D AI Academy, LLC. All rights reserved except where we have granted a separate license (including the Apache License 2.0 for repository software). You may not copy classroom videos, paid class materials, or our trademarks without permission, other than ordinary browser caching and fair use.
3. Software license
Source code for the lesson planner repository is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The license text is in the public GitHub repository M-D-Ai-Academy-LLC/mdai-lesson-planner. Apache-2.0 covers the software, not our brand, not paid content, and not third-party class sources.
4. Trademarks
“M&D AI Academy,” “MDAI,” “MDAI Lesson Planner,” and the MDAI mark are identifiers of M&D AI Academy, LLC. Third-party names (Google, X, Stripe, Notion, Cloudflare, Apache) belong to their owners and are used only for identification.
5. Catalog and instructor personas
Classes may be adapted from public talks, documentation, and licensed sources cited in the class record. Inclusion in the catalog is not an endorsement by the original speaker unless we say so. Some classroom presenters (including Amina Reyes) are product personas for teaching UI, not living public figures speaking for the academy.
6. Third-party notices
The Service uses open-source libraries (React, TanStack, Better Auth, Stripe.js where loaded, and others listed in the repository lockfile). Those packages keep their own licenses. Fonts, icons (Lucide), and stock-equivalent assets ship under their respective terms.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe catalog or classroom material infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@mdai.academy with:
- Your contact information and a physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the work claimed infringed and the URL or class slug.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
We will remove or restrict material when a complete notice is received and may terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
8. No professional advice
Lesson plans and catalog classes are educational. They are not legal, medical, investment, or engineering certification. You remain responsible for how you apply the material at work.
9. Governing law
Disputes relating to this notice and the Service are governed by Texas law, with venue in Texas courts, as set out in the Terms of Use.
